We wanted to make a sophisticated clutch that reminded us of 1950s elegance, but give it our own twist. So we used a classic clutch shape and kept the body of the bag very simple so that the beautiful Starburst design could shine through. This is such a versatile pattern. It looks great in prints and solids, or you can go scrap happy and make a crazy quilt version. The pattern comes with the template to cut your Starburst design, and you decide if you want to use 1 or 2 (or more!) fabrics. The possibilities are endless.
Starburst is large enough to be used everyday, but special enough to add sophistication or fun to any occasion. It features an inner zipper pocket and magnetic snap closure. The finished size is about 6 ½” x 12” x 2”.
